Fees

The annual fee in 2023 for each homeower is $925.  

If paid on or before June 1st:  $875 ($50 discount).

If paid between June 2nd and June 15th:  $925.

If paid after June 15th:  add $25.

If paid after June 30th, add $25 for each month late.

Make checks payable to:  The Landings Homeowners' Association.

Note: If paying with a credit card, an extra 4% processing fee will be added to your payment.

Explanation of Fees:

HOA fees are established on an annual basis and paid once per year. Fees are derived from the HOA's budget established by its Board of Managers. Once the budget is determined, individual fees are established by dividing the budget by 108 residential units.

The annual budget for the HOA is: $99,900.

Fees cover HOA expenses for the following items:

1) HOA's fair share cost of the Racquet & Swim Club's annual budget.
2) HOA's fair share of the rent fee to Kopf Builders for use of recreational facilities and property.
3) Administrative costs associated with banking, insurance, and legal and professional services.
4) Reserve fund allocation.
